DELIVERY
Delivery is available for a nominal fee (with a minimum $50.00
order). A time-delivery is also available for an additional fee
and arrangements for this must be made in advance. Our delivery
personnel will place equipment in specially designated areas upon
request. Arrangements must be made in advance for
set-up and take down service. Price could be subject to change without
notice.
PICK-UP
All China, silver, glassware, holloware and bowls should be rinsed
food free and
repackaged in the same containers as delivered. To prevent staining
and mildew,
all linens should be refuse free and dry. All equipment should be
ready for pick up.
Please place all items in a single location.
LOSS (SHORTAGE) OR DAMAGE
Responsibility for equipment remains with customer from delivery
until return. Please be sure equipment is secured when not in use
and protected from the weather. Replacement fee's are made for missing
or broken items.
Note: Hardwood or any type of floors damaged
by
the use of your equipment is the responsibility
of
the client, not Advanced Party Rentals.
CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations can be made up to 48 hours prior to delivery at no
charge. Cancellations in the final 24 hours may be subject to a
cancellation fee of 50%. Cancellations the day of delivery will
be subject to 100% of the
total bill.
